MyMobile

MyMobile is a free (in NZ) Online service accessed through your Mobile Phone, Tablet or PC browser to monitor/manage your Mobile Plans, Extras and Services (including Mobile Broadband T-Stick).

How to access


When you're not connected to the mobile network you will need to log in using your mobile number and password.
If this has not been set up you will be able to do so at the login screen.

Some Spark Android devices have already been setup with a direct link to MyMobile

What else should I know?

  • We are identifying your phone at a network level so this is more secure and removes the risk of someone who knows your username and password being able to access your account details
  • MyMobile is not available to Spark Digital customers, or Consumer customers on Share Plan

Buy/Manage Services

  • Extras are effective immediately and valid for one month (excluding Talk $20 which is 90 days)
  • Charging for the Extra will automatically be deducted from your prepaid balance on your renewal date
  • If you do not have enough prepaid balance on your renewal date the Extra will be removed and you will revert back to the casual rate
  • We will send a text message a few days prior to your renewal date to prompt you to top up

Once you have logged in

On a Mobile Device

  1. Select Buy and Manage Extras
  2. Select the Bundle, Text or Data Extra
  3. Scroll down
  4. Select Buy Now or Remove
  5. Follow any additional prompts

On a PC

  1. Select Buy Extras
  2. Select the Extra or Value Pack you want
  3. Click Buy Now or Remove
  4. Follow any additional prompts

A Smart Cap is a monthly limit which you can set. This puts you in control of your data usage.

On a Mobile Device

  1. Select Manage Services
  2. Select Manage Smart Caps
  3. Select to View Details for either Data Cap or Roaming Data Cap
  4. Make your changes
  5. Follow any additional prompts

On a PC

  1. Click Manage Services
  2. Under Smart Caps select Change Options
  3. Select to View Details for either Data Cap or Roaming Data Cap
  4. Make your changes
  5. Follow any additional prompts

Diverts your incoming calls to Voicemail or another number when you are unable to take a call. If you choose to divert your incoming calls to another number (not your voicemail), the diverted calls will be charged at standard rates.

Your current Diversion set up will display.

On a Mobile Device

  1. Select Manage Services
  2. Select Manage Call Diversions
  3. Select Change Diversions
  4. Make your changes
  5. Follow any additional prompts

On a PC

  1. Click Manage Services
  2. Under Call Diversion select Change Options
  3. Make your changes
  4. Follow any additional prompts

Call waiting lets you know if another call is coming through when you're already on the phone.

Your current Call Waiting set up will display.

On a Mobile Device

  1. Select Manage Services
  2. Select Manage Call Waiting
  3. Select Call Waiting On or Off
  4. Select Submit
  5. Follow any additional prompts

On a PC

  1. Click Manage Services
  2. Under Call Waiting select Change Options
  3. Select Call Waiting On or Off
  4. Select Save Changes
  5. Follow any additional prompts

Caller ID Restriction stops your phone number from being displayed to people when you call them.

Your current Caller ID Restrictions set up will display.

On a Mobile Device

  1. Select Manage Services
  2. Select Caller ID Restriction
  3. Select Caller ID Restriction Setting On or Off
  4. Select Submit
  5. Follow any additional prompts

On a PC

  1. Click Manage Services
  2. Under Caller ID Restriction select Change Options
  3. Select Caller ID Restriction On or Off
  4. Select Save Changes
  5. Follow any additional prompts

Usage Alerts and Notifications are a free service provided by Spark to keep you informed of what's happening with your Extras.

Your current selected alerts will display.

On a Mobile Device

  1. Select Manage Services
  2. Select Alerts & Notifications
    • Update your preferences
    • Add additional Mobile Alert & Notifications
    • Add additional Email Alert & Notifications
  3. Follow any additional prompts

On a PC

  1. Click Manage Services
  2. Under Alerts & Notifications select Change Options
  3. Make your changes or add additional alerts
  4. Follow any additional prompts
